The JKSSB, through Notification No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/105/2023-03 (7372799) dated 09-02-2024, has released the result/score-sheet of the OMR Based Written Examination held on 28-01-2024 for the aforementioned post. How does this affect the candidates?
Candidates falling under the consideration zone, as specified in Annexure-A of the notification, are required to undergo physical verification of their documents and certificates. This process is crucial in validating the authenticity of the candidates’ claims and ensuring transparency in the selection process.
What documents are required for verification?
Candidates must present the following original documents/certificates, along with one set of self-attested copies, before the designated Document Verification Committee(s):
- Copy of Online Application Form(s).
- Two passport size recent color photographs.
- One original photo ID Proof (e.g., Aadhar card, Voter Card, Pan Card, Passport, etc.).
- D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card).
- Valid Category Certificate, if belonging to reserved categories.
- Domicile Certificate.
- 10+2 Marks Sheet/Diploma.
- Graduation Degree & Marks Card from recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks for open merit and 45% marks for reserved categories. Candidates with postgraduate degrees or PhDs should produce relevant documents.
- Bonafide certificate issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/Board/Institute for candidates obtaining qualifications from outside the UT of J&K.
