The candidates whose particulars are mentioned below have been selected provisionally for pursuing the BS 4-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP) through the “Design Your Degree” (DYD) mode offered at the Institute of Technology, Zakura Campus, Zakura, Hazratbal, Srinagar, solely based on the points obtained by the candidates in the Entrance Test. The admission of the candidates is subject to the following conditions:

Important Note:
The Director of the concerned Campus shall ensure that all the selected candidates have passed their qualifying examination by or before 10-02-2024 and possess a category certificate (if selected under any reserved category) valid up to 10-02-2024. The same may be verified by the original documents/certificates of the candidate. No authority slip shall be issued to the candidate who has passed his/her qualifying examination or obtained a category certificate after 10-02-2024.
- Production of all relevant original documents {Marks Card/s of qualifying examinations, Domicile certificate, Character, Reserved Category Certificate (wherever applicable), and Provisional certificates of the Institution last attended (if applicable)};
- Fulfillment of minimum required eligibility conditions to be verified by the concerned Campus;
- Production of NOC in favor of In-Service candidates (if any) from the concerned Department;
- Production of an affidavit sworn in before a 1st Class Judicial/Executive Magistrate stating that:
- I am not on the rolls of any Institution;
- All the submitted certificates/documents are genuine;
- I shall strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the University in toto;
- I understand that in case of any misinformation or concealment of any information or indiscipline or the certificates/documents submitted by me are not genuine or incomplete in any respect, my admission to the course shall be canceled, and I shall be subjected to legal action;
- I submit this affidavit under free will without any pressure, compulsion, fraud, or coercion.
The provisionally selected candidates shall download the Admission Form from the official website of the University www.kashmiruniversity.net and before depositing the Admission Fee, shall have to approach along with all the relevant original certificates and self-attested Xerox copies of certificates/documents to the Director of the concerned Campus for the completion of admission-related formalities from 15-02-2024 up to 18-02-2024. Any provisionally selected candidate failing to complete the admission formalities by 18-02-2024 shall forfeit his/her right to admission.
